2. After check out, fill out form to contact you or you may email us directly @dianaskraftss1@gmail.com with your order #, including picture and phrase requested. If for any reason a picture is not sent we will leave a blank space for you to add a photo yourself. 
3. Additional items will be an upcharge separately.
