Damages & Issues

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer liable for any damages or issues that may arise during transit. If your package is damaged or lost, please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to file a claim. Your tracking number will contain the necessary details for submitting a claim. DianasKraftss is not responsible for any claims related to shipping once the package has left our shop.
