Each memorial ornament is individually crafted to order, requiring approximately 1-2 weeks for completion, does not include delivery.

Carrier shipment generally requires an additional five to seven business days. During holiday seasons, processing may experience delays due to heightened demand. 

Once your memorial ornament has been dispatched from our facility, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.
